the WHY:

This is a blend of classic varieties from the three Torres brothers, one that reminds us of many of our favorite lightbulb moments in coffee. We love how careful processing transfroms what could be a typical coffee into something truly special.

The anaerobic fermention occurs in cherry after picking, converting fruit sugars into layered flavors. The honey process boosts sweetness and body, rounding out the cup in such a pleasant way.

pro TIP:

This coffee has big sweetness, and we like that it's easily brewable. Keep the brew time shorter to maximize the brighter notes, as it extracts easily even at coarser grinds.
